The building is available to rent for $75 per half day and $125 for the whole day, regardless of the type of event.

2. Sign the rental agreement.
Before your event, please take a moment to review our Hold Harmless Agreement. These help ensure that everyone using the Berlin Community Center has a safe, enjoyable experience. The document is available through the link, and we encourage you to look it over before confirming your rental. If you have any questions, just reach out. We’re always happy to help!
3. Pay online
Once the date is confirmed and you have completed the rental agreement, we'll send you a link to complete the payment online. If you wish, you can make checks out to Berlin Township.

Reservations are available in three time blocks:
- Morning 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($75)
- Afternoon 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($75)
- Full Day 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM ($125).
