We’ve kept things simple so you can focus on your event instead of the fine print. When local groups like Boy Scouts or community nonprofits reach out, we do our best to help and sometimes offer the space at no cost, depending on the situation.

Basic Amenities

Large presentation screen, clean restrooms, a small kitchen sink, and a coffee maker.
It’s not fancy, but it’s everything you need for a warm, simple gathering. Bring your own food, treats, or decorations, to make it your own.

The Berlin Community Center has hosted showers, club meetings, youth events, holiday get-togethers, and just about every reason neighbors love to gather. If it brings people together, it’s welcome here. 

3-Step Reservation

1. Reserve the date.

Select your dates below to begin the reservation process. If you have questions along the way, or if you represent a nonprofit or community group interested in complimentary use, simply reach out. We look forward to connecting and will respond personally.

2. Sign the rental agreement. 

Before your event, please take a moment to review our Hold Harmless Agreement. These help ensure that everyone using the Berlin Community Center has a safe, enjoyable experience. The document is available through the link, and we encourage you to look it over before confirming your rental. If you have any questions, just reach out. We’re always happy to help! 

3. Pay online

Once the date is confirmed and you have completed the rental agreement, we'll send you a link to complete the payment online. If you wish, you can make checks out to Berlin Township.

 Reservations are available in three time blocks:

• Morning 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($75)
• Afternoon 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($75)
• Full Day 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM ($125).

Please select your starting reservation time, and in the form that follows, confirm "half day" or "full day."
